A man with Asperger’s has turned his home into a giant cat maze for his feline mates.

In the world of light-hearted humor, here’s a video from an HLN episode that aired several years ago.

It was posted to a website called, of all things, The Frisky, not the site for the brand of cat food, but isn’t it cute and ironic all the same?

If you’ve ever visited a feline sanctuary or adoption center, you’ve probably seen the elaborate skywalks (or catwalks), nooks in the walls and other mazes for cat entertainment and enrichment.

Greg Krueger has spent 15 years and counting designing catland, and says his diagnoses of Asperger’s syndrome may be partially behind his intensive interest in creating over 100 yards of cat exploration.

Not a bad thing, and it’s a sure bet his cats wouldn’t run to a neurotypical home in exchange. Even for a really delicious plate of what you might find on the Friskies canned food menu.

Kruger admits he’s not the best for socialization due to his syndrome, but hey, as they always say, an animal never cares about those things. These kitties are heard purring quite contently.
